This umbrella which I purchased recently was given a battering by the wind last night. Not surprsingly it turned inside out several times. The difference is that it survived the battering and is still as good as new

I purchased this umbrella a year ago and was the envy of family and friends . It gave me a brilliant idea 2 purchase 4 for Christmas gifts . I rate it the best umbrella ( also have a gust buster but to heavy and bulky ) fits in my handbag knowing that however strong the winds are i will still have peace of mind .

This is a great windproof umbrella. I already had a longer length one but wanted one for my handbag. Like the longer lengh brolly, this is very sturdy and you feel totally ssfe in the knowledge it is not going to blow inside out causing extreme annoyance and wet hair! The black and grey colourway is understated and goes with anything. It is automatic and folds down easily. A great product and worth the money.

I purchased the larger umbrella for myself a few months ago, and am really satisfied with it. So when my sister asked my opinion on what type of umbrella to buy I purchased this one for her.

The Umbrella arrived two days after placing the
order. When closed it is very compact but this
results in the shaft being a little short
when open. The umbrella opens quickly when the
release button is pressed but it is fairly hard
to close and needs to be pressed against the floor. Overall a good well made umbrella although I have yet to try it in very windy
weather.

I have used this umbrella a few times now it was great in very heavy rain and worked well in windy conditions. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

The umbrella operates well and appears well made but only time will tell how durable it is.

Easy to open in a quick shower. Good expanse of cover to protect clothes etc. I recommend this umbrella.

The first umbrella that arrived was just what I wanted on opening the package but when I tried to open it indoors the whole handle assembly disintegrated throwing parts across the living room. Clearly the product had not been properly tested prior to leaving the factory. My first Email to Umbrella Superstore did not elicit any response so I then phoned and was very well treated by the gentleman on the end of the line. He arranged for a second umbrella to be delivered and promised a returns label to allow me to send the faulty item back. The replacement is fine and a very good product but no returns label was included so I still await the means to return the faulty umbrella.
Overall I guess that I have been treated well after the disastrous first delivery but I do question the proficiency of a firm that fails to meet it's promise to provide the means for a return of a faulty item.
